Discovery to Delivery (Relais D2D) offered by Relais International’s product suite  a leading Interlibrary loan solution provider based in Ottawa, Canada, working with libraries for more than 20 years. It provides the facility of consortial resource sharing, managing inter library loan and document delivery services in libraries without minimal or no staff intervention. The hosted service allows library users to create and monitor their own ILL requests through the service webpages and through Relais windows staff client library staff can process ILL requests. Many libraries in USA, Canada and Australia are using Relais services. OCLC has also acquired Relais international for all above services to its member libraries.
